    Yesterday I got my first road bike and had a Shimano FlightDeck installed on it. I like both so far
    (though Isabel has different ideas about how I should be using them today.... ;-). I also have had a
    mountain bike for some time and I noticed on the Shimano web site that the FlightDeck is compatible
    with some some models of XT shifters: ST-M750/SL-M750. How can I find the specific revision of the
    shifters? The ones on the bike were installed as part of an upgrade to v-brakes in 1998.
