Just installed a Shimano Flight Deck (Wireless) on the second roadie. (Caveat: installed one on the other road bike with no problems about 5 months ago, so I doubt it's installation problems).
Everything works except that it, the computer, skips the 19T cog in the back. The derailleur itself does not skip it (so actual lshifting works just fine), just that it's completely skipped on the gear indicator. I have cleared the memory and reinstalled the data a few times, but that didn't fix the bugger.
That is: if I shift from 12 to 27, sequentially, I get 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, <nothing>, 21, 24, 27; When the RD is on the 19T, the Flight Deck shows it as being on the 21T; RD on 21T, FlightDeck on 24T; RD on 24T, FlightDeck on 27T, RD on 27T, FlightDeck on 27T.
The shifters are Shimano 105 STI levers. Everything else is ultegra, but I doubt that matters. I'm thinking it could be a problem with the ribbon cable on the right shifter ..
Anyone have any other suggestions? Or seen this problem?
