  1. Theres more then you think in that sand covering the roads after a snow storm. Everything from glass
    to nails that finds their way into a tire and tube. I ride the trails and roads. This time yesterday
    I was repairing a tube and pulling glass out of the tire. The same goes for tonight. Last winter I
    was pulling nails out of my tires . Every size you could think of even wire. I'll be needing those
    tubes Santa will be putting under my tree. If these flats keep up Santa bring me some tires.

  2. Yup, I ride flats in the winter...and ...also the climbs and the decents, and anything else that
    happens to get in my way. Actually, winter is the best time to ride where I am from...
