  1. i thought the tyres on my new bike were no good, i changed the tyres and the tubes but when i get on the bike they look flat!
any ideas?? im 6 foot and about 17 stone, could i be too heavy??

  2. no... it could be that you accidentally pinched the inner tube during installation, it happens. Or maybe you don't have the rim tape properly installed so the head of the spokes caused the flat, or that you over inflate them causing the tube valve to fail,

  3. Are you inflating the tires to the recommended pressure or are you just estimating the pressure?

  4. You weigh 7 stones or 238 pounds which is fairly substantial, your probably not putting enough air in the tyres. Look at the sidewall and then put in 10psi, or just a little less the 1 bar over that for the rear and exact max recommended pressure for the front.
