I'll be back in Perth for the next two weeks and thought I'd take
advantage of familiar turf and access to my Dad's workshop to source
and paint a frame for a fixie project when I return to Zurich.
Basically looking for a steel road frame with:
Reasonable horizontal dropouts.

Frame height in the seemingly unobtainable 58 to 60cm range.
Bottom bracket and cranks attached.
Budget extends from carton of beer to about $100 depending on frame.
If anyone has something kicking around their shed or have any LBS,
