Hi guys,
I get to ride 4 times a week, but can only do it 4 days in a row. The other 3 days I have no time to ride due to work and so forth.
Just wondering if you have any tips on what I can do in those 3 days off the bike to maintain the fitness I've attained on the bike.
Cheers,

How about a stair master 🙂
No, for real though. How about getting rollers , or a rear wheel hook up ........ and spin indoors 😉

How about a nice 4 day block with intensity and/or mileage each day, then 3 days off with at most, a light spin on the rollers to keep from getting blocked.
That is a fabulous way to gain fitness through super-compensation.
I used to do 4-9 day stage races. You could not beat the training effect, especially if you got a good rest after.
