I just bought the Fitday PC version to see what I thought of it. I'll give it 4 stars so far, but it still doesn't have many nutrients that I'm watching like chromium and biotin.
or want to watch for my hubby- such as vitamin K which he needs to limit on blood thinners.
I'm still seeing if it will program a low carb plan for me- any tips? Its a good learning experience empting the cupboards and entering my foods into custom. It remembers the values for quick daily logs- but the online one does also. too bad it won't import my online account.
I can enter my daily carb limit- but what would be the % carbs/fat/fiber/protein for the day vs. calories.
I think we are trying for 30% fiber, right?

The *minimum* fibre generally recommended is 25g for women and 30g for men. These are not percentages of total calories, they are counted grams of fibre just like counted grams of carbs.
