I am currently trying to raise my fitness level, mainly through cycling. Anyway, I think it's time for an upgrade from my £7 'lead' bike from the local tip and was hoping for some much needed advice. I asked the owner of the local bike shop who said he would recommened a second hand road bike that's been well looked after compared to a new one that would probably fall apart as soon as I touch it.
I have recently seen ad for a 'Saracen Ventoux' as well as a 'Orbea Euskaltel', Both are road bikes which I am looking for as well as being in my price range of £300, I am 17 Years old, 5ft 10in and weigh approximatly 11 stone.
If anyone could give me any help with deciding between the two or if you have any other bikes that fit that discription that would be great.
