first race enetered is in 5 weeks and i have not been on the bike at all in 2 months and very little in the month before that due to new job and absolutely no time
i will either have to gave up all notion of racing this year or will have to come up with a plan based on no more than an hour per day on maybe three or four week days with maybe 2 or 3 hours on one weekend day
given that others must have the same problems, is it possible to get fit enough to even attempt a B race in 5 weeks on this many hours after a long lay-off, and what can i expect in the coming season on such limited time
most imnportant, how should i use my limited time ?

Start training within the limits of your available time. Make the limited hours count with a lot of Tempo and Threshold work and plan to suffer in the early races but use them to race yourself towards fitness.
