I see the bike's already gone. Unlike bikeforums.net, this forum does not have a classic & vintage subforum, so I guess no one's into those things here.
A 57cm, medium size straight cromo frame would probabaly weigh in around 27 pounds or so. Butted ones would be lighter. Hi-tensile steel ("gaspipe"😉 models with steel parts can go up to 35-40 lb. However, it's only a serious drawback when racing uphill.
I hope you have done an online fit calculator or three. I have found them to result in a comfortable bike fit and it's easy to ask the seller to measure the top tube and seat tube.
An older used bike like that may need fresh grease in the hubs and spoke tensioning/wheel truing by a shop, especially if it has sat unused.
