Im pretty new at all this roadbike stuff so could you tell me what first aid materials I should carry with me should I need them for a crash.
What is the process you go through to clean, wrap and care for wounds/road rash?
Thanks!

Good info here.
My saddlepack includes a folded up ziplock bag with a few antiseptic and bee sting towlettes, a couple of gauze pads, a duoderm square, some mini packets of neosporin, a few butterfly closures and bandaids, and a length of white fishnet mesh, a section of moleskin, and a couple of motrin and antihistamine tablets. It sounds like a lot but it packs really tight in the bottom of my saddlepack.
Hope this helps. 😉
Thanks, that does help. Hopefully something I won't have to worry about:eek: Just the thought makes me not want to bike🙁
