I think you also need a Windows component(if you use Windows), and I have it somewhere. I think it easy to find, though and the instructions will tell you what you need.
I checked and it's the MS .NET Framework that needs to be installed. You'll find it on the PT CD. Just follow the instruction manual(.pdf file) that's in the zip file "power tap_200" (that's the A43 Firmware Upgrade).
