Hi guys. Quick question: The following file: http://www.cyclingpeakssoftware.com/tools/CogganTrainingLevels.xls
is used to calculate levels. Should I be using a 20 minute normalized power for this? Should I be using 1hr?
Thanks.

All of Andy's levels are computed from an estimate of FT (1 hr max power), but as Andy says there are at least 6 ways to estimate FT. If the search function is working, Andy lists those six ways in another thread somewhere.
