  1. IN early January I was in a car wreck, and spent a year not running.
    Finally the last week I've slowly been running on the beach again.

    Unfortunately, because of the hurricanes (I live on the East Coast of
    Central Florida), most of stairs are gone. I used to run down to the
    beach to my health club, climb the stairs there and do gym things, then
    run back. No stairs are intact near the club.

    The beach is pretty devastated. I hope I can keep up running!

    Welcome back! Health is ALMOST everything. I have a friend just diagnosed
    with MS. He can rarely get out of his wheelchair. What he would give to walk
    a few steps..... much less run.
