  1. I'm not sure if this post belongs here or not but it seems that I am most
likely to get an answer with merit from this group. Anyways, I have a
physical test coming up in which I need to be able to do a 5 minute warm up
then for 15 seconds pedal and obtain 10.8watts/kg... with maximal effort...
I'm wondering if there are any suggestions on how to test my current output
and also to train to achieve the highest level possible.

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

Do you do stand up comedy when you're not cycling ?

RC, I've done a test similarly 'nutso' to this several years ago being a
research subject for a paper on the benefits of administering hGH
releasing substance. [...] I just did my normal workouts
while administering the releasing substance for 6 weeks, but knowing
that I'd be re-tested there was some incentive to 'train' for the
    retesting, I guess.

That seems like an odd experimental design.

That depends on whether the experiment was measuring the effectiveness
of hGH as a performance enhancer, or as a training motivation enhancer.
