For whatever reason, and of too little importance of me to track down, I
can't get to any of RR's recipes, so I can't attest to it, but fenugreek
leaves are great in pakora, and are easy to grow. Try planting a few of
the whole seeds you have, even if not this year's. Very easy to grown
plant, and the fresh leaves are lovely.

As are the spouted seeds! Make a nice change, or addition to, mung, adouki
etc. - just sprout them the same way and eat. Quite different flavours if
sprouted in darkness, indirect, or direct light as well, more pronounced
than with most.
