Do any cyclist out there have any suggestions regarding tarsal tunnel, I am currently getting art treatment (active release treatment) I have heard this is good to release stress and release entrapment of the tibal nerve, from a repetitive sport like cycling. how about seat height? Thanks Terry.

Has anyone told you why you have tarsal tunnel? Is it bilateral? Has anyone looked at position and bike fit? With special attention should be taken to the foot position on the pedal from all persectives. The treatment is good and should be combined wiht other things
