When I'm in spinning class, there is a moment (25, 30 minutes of being working out) in wich I feel a bit like my body chills, and it passes.. then some minutes after (15 aprox) again. I've to mention that when my body chills my heart rate is about 85% 90%.

Well, I dont know the word in english, but the feeling is like ahmm, when you have a cold, you feel like warm and cold at the same time or when you're nervous also appears
the word in spanish is "escalofrío" for anyone who can help
I sounds like you might be going hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). Try taking in 2-4 ounces of carbs (1/2 of an energy bar, banana, apple) just before you begin your workout and see if it changes anything.
Seriously... Go for the carbs! Have a sports drink nearby to get sufficient carbs during the workout as well. Depending on how long you go you should drink every 5 minutes. Gatorade works pretty good for me when I'm on the indoor trainer... for 2 - 3 hours.
