What's your favorite padded glove (with finger cutouts)? I'm not looking for warmth, but for comfort, durability and best padding to avoid hand numbness.

i like to use some pearl izumi, with the gel padding, but i would go with some nike ones too.

Louis Garneau BioGel. Something to consider with padded gloves is that they all have the padding in different places. Having a big glob of gel in the wrong place for your particular hands will cause more problems than not wearing gloves at all.

Pearl Izumi Pro Glove (with or without Gel). It wraps around your hand nicely / supportive , good padding, well done.
