  1. Hi, I'm cross-posting this problem to let people know what they can get into
    by buying on ebay.
    Don't get me wrong, I've been an Ebay customer and seller for 4 years now
    and never has to take serious actions againts seller/buyer but this one is
    outrageous:

    You mean that at your winning bid you can't get real Oakleys from a reputable
    dealer? I would pursue every possible avenue to get a refund ASAP. That
    would include contacting the authorities where he lives. I think you have been
    more than patient. This person is obviously trying to stall for time. He
    knows he sold you [censored] and wants to just run off with your money, if he hasn't
    done so already.
