I'm feeling v sorry for myself after a spectacular faceplant in central London yesterday morning. No-one else to blame - going too quick in slow traffic, rammed the brakes on and sailed face first over the top:eek:
Came round still clipped into my bike and removed half a tooth from my lip. My left hand is like a ballon - no broken bones according to the hospital, but not convinced.
Have spent months overcoming a fear of going at speed and I'm desperate to get back on my bike so my confidence doesn't go, and I'm supposed to be cycling to Paris in 2 weeks time:eek:
