I was able to open it. It's a short video of some tubby middle aged guy
doing a double biceps pose and a chest pose. Nothing profane there, though
your coworkers may think you're a bit wierd if they see you viewing this
stuff (unless you're the type who's usually into that sort of thing).

Apparently you liked it enough to take to work and play with it, and I suspect
your co-workers are used to you doing that sort of thing..
