    new Bates lugged frames cantiflex tubing..
    all hand cut lugs,curly fork and stronglight headset..
    I have one 21in and one 23in...
    red and metallic purple...Beautiful workmanship

    $1500 each plus shipping photos available or checkout vintage velos and go
    to bates website.
