I'm looking for a camera bag for my bike - a trek hybrid with front rack. We go on paths and trails, nothing serious off-road. I would like to have my camera handy while riding and
think that a good solution would be a trunk bag. The camera is a Nikon Z8 and the lens is a 100-400 so I need 15" of space in the bag. I have a Bontragger utility trunk, which would
be perfect if it was longer, and looked at others. Most don't get much longer than 12". A MIK bag would be fine but I can always adda MIK adapter if needed. If anyone has or knows
of a longer-than typical trunk bag, please let me know.
My second option would be to pet a basket on the front rack and then I can use my own compact camera bag with a cargo net. I'm looking at that as well. I would appreciate any
suggestions or feedback from photogs that bike.
