  1. HELLO THERE I WOULD BE MOST HAPPY TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. I ALSO HAVE SOME
    MIGHTY GOOD RECIPES. RSVP

  2. Do you have any tips on making a perfect white sauce which is not
lumpy? I also have the problem that when I do add my white sauce to a
baked pasta dish it disappears completely.

I recently wrecked a London Broil -- I think maybe the neighbor's Labrador
Retriever will enjoy it unless you have ideas for salvaging it.

  5. My Dearest Chef:
I certainly hope you can help me. I am sick of fresh asparagus. I have
had asparagus every day for the last month. I have had steamed, baked,
boiled and fried asparagus. I have had asparagus pie, soup and even a stewed
asparagus dish. Asparagus ice cream? The stuff appears every morning as I
have about a 500' row spearing away in one of my fields. Part of one row is
covered with an opaque tarp so I even have white asparagus. Even the local
townsfolk are fed up with the stuff. I need one last asparagus extravaganza
before I let it revert to ferns. Something to titillate both myself and a
group of dinner guests this Saturday night. The main course will be roast
chicken with thyme stuffing. The wine will be white and very dry.
