  1. I am VERY flat footed and every calve exercise I have tried kills my
feet (where the arch is suppose to be). Does anyone have an
    suggestions?

bicycle riding with real bike shoes having stiff soles. This will work
your calves and give you an aerobic workout too.

Have you tried calf raises with the balls of your feet slightly elevated? I
find I can get a better workout (with less pain) by simply elevating my feet
1-1/2". The full extension part of calf raises always causes me foot pain
but by starting with my heels lower than my toes I can get a good range of
motion without completely extending (which over stretches my arches?)

Get some shoes for lifting with better arch support.
Or use orthopedic inserts in your shoes.

I'm flat footed as well and I found the pain depended on the type of
shoes I wore. I find shoes with soft soles (ie. running shoes) or shoes
that don't fit snug to cause problems. I now wear a good pair of cross
trainers that are designed well for weight training.
