Basically they think that exercise helps reduce stress, which in term
helps keep your DNA healthy, which reduces the amount you physically age.
The more you cycle, the less you age, and the better you look both in
the lycra and out.
On another note, my leg came out of plaster yesterday, so I should be
able to start cycling soon.
