  1. I was watching FitTV awhile ago. This was one of the shows that emphasizes
    ultra-low fat in your diet and HIGH amounts of carbs.

    The host announced to stay tuned for exciting diet tips!!!!!

    So here's what the first revelation was:

    "Eat smaller portions of the foods you love".

    Wow! That's real exciting new information isn't it!!!!
