Headline in lead story in SF Chronicle this morning. If I recall correctly, there was a thread on this matter in this forum not too long ago. It was apparently a unanimous verdict.
In a sort of a 6 or 7-degress-of separation or something, the lead attorney for the plaintiffs (Alida Hernandez & James Moore) was the lead attorney in a medical malpractice case in which I sat on the jury, a few years ago. Really a nice guy, but he lost that one too, though at 11 to 1.
