it is fab,
3) Road Racing bike
4) Triplet
5) Airnimal*
6) Recumbant*
7) Brompton*
8) Town bike with one of those 14 speed hub gears.*
9) Winter training bike (Currently 1 does this)*
10) Mountain bike*

Then there are obviously possiblities of a time trial bike
and a track bike if I ever get round to racing and there
must be more...

[*] I've not actually got these yet, but could easily
justify them to myself and any reasonable partner.

I worry about her, she expected me to turn up with a

Nice one, I've just returned from a two day trip, Carlisle-
Dent, Dent-home

Good for you. Not exactly a tour, but I did my first 300km
Audax on Saturday: from Bath to Corhampton (just NE of
Southampton) and back to Bath. I then had to get the train
back to Southampton again -- nearly missing my stop as I
just couldn't stay awake!

Great fun -- a HUGE hill back into Bath right at the end.
Look out for Audaxes organised by Andy Curran (Bristol DA).
