Tour of the Basque Country is being streamed by ETB. I try to
keep track of satellite broadcasters on cyclingfans.net/satellite
if you like such thinks. Most of the working web streamers seem
to be satellite broadcasters at the moment.

G-W video is geo-restricted. Audio is still there though.
