  1. does anyone know a quick and easy way to buy european food
    (german, italian, french)? i'd like to just go in a store
    and get some. in particular, i'd like to buy bread made with
    unfluoridated water.

    Whole Foods market is a great place. They have organic
    flourless sprouted whole grain breads made with
    filtered water among other many nice things.
