Hello
I am in the very early stages of planning a bike tour through europe at the end of this summer. I most likely will tour Holland and Italy (and possibly spain)
I am looking for maps of pre-laid-out trips with milage and camping info. Do any of you know of quality maps and tourbooks on the subject.

I believe Lonely Planet is bringing out a "Cycling Italy" guide soon. Check out amazon to see if its out yet. I've used the Cycling France version with great success.
