Did anyone else see Sportscenter this morning?? They did a 3 second interview with LA, and I could've sworn he said he was going to go for 7 next year. I hadnt finished my first cup of coffee, so I could have just been hearing things.

I heard on another news show like 60 minutes or whatever that he would be back to ride but he may take next year off. He said for sure that he would come back though just not necessarily next year.

yeah he said he will def come back next yr for a 7th tour...but not def for the win... but also says in the same breath how he will never be in the tour unless its to win..
this is also in his 10 min interview with the today show.. -

Day after the end of the TdF edition of the local paper quoted LA saying "We'll see...." when asked about going for #7. Also paraphrased that LA couldn't imagine life w/o "the tour"
