  1. ....or does this stuff not taste sweet to anyone else?

Frankly, I'm very disappointed. I bought Stevita after reading all
kinds of great things about Erythritol, thinking that the
Stevia/Erythritol combo would solve my Stevia/Splenda problem (the
problem being that I only get a sweet taste from Stevia if I mix in
Splenda, but I don't like the insulin response from Splenda or the bad
    things I read about it.)

But it turns out that Stevita doesn't taste any sweeter than plain
Stevia, which for me doesn't taste sweet on its own, either! It's
only the Stevia and Splenda together that actually taste like sugar,
but they each taste weird/not very sweet to me on their own.

    :_( sigh...

    See ya,

    Kristen

  2. Erythritol on it's own is only about 70% as sweet as sugar. So you'd need
to use up to 1/3 more of it to get the same sweetness.
You're likely getting an insulin response from the fillers used in Splenda,
not the actual sweetener sucralose. Try Sweetzfree instead
(www.sweetzfree.com). It's highly concentrated pure sucralose and water
    with no fillers.

  3. there are a lot of different quality's of stevia. the extracts usually are not
that good. try finding while ground leaves. these should taste better. I can get
it in my health food store.

It tastes sweet to me, but, like all other polyols, leaves me with
    intestinal distress.
