Ergomo Pro was improved lately?

Also, what is ergomo's warranty? It's not listed on their website! Do they give good product support? What's the turnaround time?

[font=Arial Black]About 5 days after the install, I could not perform the offset sensor function without getting an error message. I contacted Gita (distributor) directly and they had me run through a few things but the technician felt the sensor was bad. I took the bike back to my LBS and they removed the sensor and shipped everything back to Gita. It turns out the computer head was bad and they replaced it and the unit was back at my LBS in less than 5 days. Gita did hold the unit for an additional day to perform some testing before sending it back. [/font][font=Arial Black]According to Ergomo's website, any device sent back to them will be returned to the LBS in 48 hours.[/font]

About 2 weeks after my unit was returned and reinstalled, the USB cable they inlude with the unit to convert the serial connection went bad and I went to Radio Shack and picked up a replacement and everything has been working fine since.

As far as the warranty, I assume it is a year and I feel confident that my LBS will take care of me as they have a pretty good relationship with Gita.
