stems: check out the new Syntace one (under 100g and cheap)

I like Thompson and Deda for reliability though, but they are heavier and cost more.

Nice stem compromise might be the Cinelli Solido (relatively cheap, very durable and still only 125g at 100mm)

Forks are very expensive when going light (350g or less). The Reynolds are very durable, but expensive. I prefer the Look HSC3 or 4 models - light and very durable.

Aerobars? Man what a can of worms. OK - get the HED aerobar and be done. Best out there, but very expensive. Budget - the new Profile Design Alumin (1 piece) is very nice or get the Carbon X that has a stem INCLUDED.

Bar ends - the Dura Ace ones are universal and cheap. Ultegra stuff in general is fine and worsk just as well as DA, just a bit heavier.
