If the ban on Ephedra has been lifted , does that mean that it will
become available again soon? Or is there much more legal wrangling to
do?

I spoke to a GNC rep here in NY and she said that it is still hung up in the
Federal courts, and even when it is fully legal, they are not going to carry
it anyway due to increased insurance costs if they do. You can find Ephedra
