Has anyone out there tried the Dedicated Athlete product "EP-NO" for any period of time? I've been using it for a few months now and do feel a change but wanted to see if others feel the same way.

I don't take it, but, there is some info.Whether it's fact or not, I don't know.

It looks like a multivitamin with some additional amino acids, so I guess if your nutrition was less than ideal, you will notice some benefits.

Hmm... 30mg of iron per serving? That's a bit more than needed, so I would watch out for iron toxicity if you take this on a regular basis [along with any other vitamins]...
