  1. I bought the book "The CompleteBook of Enzyme Therapy" which is an
eye-opener. Has anyone tried using enzyme supplements; if so, what ones and
    what for?

If you are not using enzyme supplements, are there any foods that you have
used over a period of time that you feel have helped you regarding
    nutrition/digestion.

I gather from the book that one should eat even more raw foods in the juice
form, as well; yogurt, miso, kefir. It is alarming to think that most
enzymes in food are destroyed by cooking, and these enzymes are necessary
    for digestion; i.e, nutrition.

Any comments and help and discussion would be a great help to me.
    Thanks,
    Dee
