  1. Been LC since Sept 26th,,,only started going to the gym. 3rd visit, I can
    now last 25 mins. on treadmill at 3.5 m,,,,,but I have no energy. My legs
    feel very heavy. When is the energy going to kick in?
    Thanks. (this Sandy hasn't had a potato in a month!)

    Don't just do treadmill, do something else as well. You can't expect
    your legs to lose all your weight for you. Ask your arms and waist
    and other body parts to help burn some calories too. Go swimming - I
    tell everybody to go swimming, so I'll tell you to do that too.
