I found a website that has energy techniques to clear emotional energy. This is not spam. Steve Mensing who created many of these techniques has nothing to gain from sharing these techniques. There is no charge and you can download anything from this site for free. Sorry skeptics and debunkers there is very little HARD science here. It is all experiential, there is no scam because it costs nothing.So who cares if this stuff works by placebo or not. I've tried some of these techniques myself with very good results. It is not a panacea and they do not claim that it is. If sharing this site helps one person it will be worth the critical backlash. If you try this with an open mind and heart you may be suprised with the results.
Thank you. Actually the website seemed quite level-headed. I found numerous processes, many of them of the feelings variety and some rather unique ways of addressing cognitions. They had learn-ins in the forums where they taught critical thinking and skeptical inquirey. Not the usual alternative site.
