  1. Well, i tried to translate with google. Here is the soap :

I make elliptic bicycle in sports hall to improve my form and to lose weight
(1m80/100 kilos, 40 years) I know that the measurement of the calories spent
is not highly reliable but an astonishing difference make me vs raise a
question: When I make sixty minutes of bicycle elliptique(réglage resistance
4 or 5 out of 10, 110 "strides" per minutes, rather quiet, what...) I manage
to spend, according to the machine, approximately 900 Calories. When I pass
then on an ordinary bicycle, I roll to approximately 30 km/h (resistance 4
or 5, it is true that that appears easier, already because one sat but
grinding also) the calories ravel very slowly. I brule of the kind a hundred
or hardly more in twenty minutes. This differential does it appear to you
justified? The "elliptic bicycle" (the coach said to us that that was about
equivalent to the ski touring: the movement is very pleasant because fluid,
without clashes, regular) can indeed make spend 800 or 900 calories in only
sixty min or is this a lure?? Thank you for your advised answer. PS. And
this is quite moral; -) to spend 900 calories into 60 min of ski touring (3
or 4 km... in my case) when one spends 100 calories for 25 km of true
    bicycle?

All those numbers are only estimates, but riding a bicycle for 25 km
definitely expends more than 100 calories. Much more.
