Is it really necessary to spend an entire weekend recalibrating your Di2 system every time you replace a water bottle cage or add a new computer mount? It seems like every minor modification requires a full system reboot and a series of tedious adjustments to get everything working smoothly again. Why cant Shimano design a system that can handle minor changes without throwing everything out of whack? And dont even get me started on the so-called wireless systems that still require a dozen cables and connectors to function. And whats with the constant firmware updates that always seem to introduce new bugs instead of fixing existing ones? Is anyone else out there fed up with the complexity and fragility of electronic groupsets?

Sure, I get where you're coming from. The frequent recalibrations and updates can be frustrating. However, let's not forget that electronic groupsets offer benefits too, like precise shifting and customization. As for the "wireless" systems with cables, they're actually wired connections for reliability. It's a trade-off: more adjustments for advanced features. Still, it's valid to expect better plug-and-play functionality from Shimano.
