Maybe you can't find one because a regular floor pump is cheaper, more
mobile and possibly easier to use. I have a pump like the one you're
looking for. I bought it at Sears many years ago (they no longer carry it).
To do it again, I would just buy a good floor pump.

By the way, cars are 12 volts, but it doesn't really matter. I wouldn't buy
one of these because it takes an eternity to fill a car or even a bicycle
tire.

Thanks. I saw a rechargeable pump at Lowe's for $37, but reading the manual
made it seem like it was a slight pain to maintain the charge and
non-replaceable battery properly, saying you have to charge for at least 15
hours but no more than 24 hours. Maybe I'll get one of them if I can't find
something that plugs into the wall.

There usually is a reason why something isn't available, and maybe you
nailed it. Lowe's has a mini-compressor for about $80, but that is the
cheapest I have found so far. It's not suitable for bike tires without some
sort of attachment, which is potentially included.

Any decent floor pumps you could recommend that could also top up a car tire
without too much pumping?
