  1. Didnt Mavic make these a few years back?

    What ever happened to these, I didnt have the $$ at the time to buy them but seemed cool.

    Anyone know?

    As I recall, they made 'em back in 1994 and call it the Mavic ZAP. I had the chance to ride a Calfee/LeMond set-up with it, and it worked flawlessly!!! From my very limited experience, I saw no reason why it didn't stick... (Guess Mavic didn't do enough R & D before they released it).
