El Tour de Tucson? What's this?

http://www.pbaa.com/Home.html is the web site for it. It is a one day 109 mile long ride - can't wait till November (ahhh, the joys of being in Arizona). The route is actually about a 110 miles if you get there late due to the amount of riders.

My roomate and I plan on riding in the 04' tour. I can't believe the route though. Going around the Tucson Airport and out to Tangerine road. For the native Tucsonin, that's like opposite ends of the universe. Arizona in November is actually very nice, but it has been getting hotter and hotter year after year. I think it's usually in the 50-80 range. Since it's the desert the temperature can have a big range.
