It appears that the ESA have totally screwed up and are actually transmitting =usable= differential correction data for anyone who has a 'WAAS enabled' GPS (on satellite PRN33, which is over the equator and somewhat West of here, iirc)
I just tried it with mine, and yea verily, I now get 'D' in the satellite signal strength bars, and claimed 95% accuracy down in the 2m range.
