The shop is due to open on Woodland Lane (next to Majestic Wines) in June or July.
Even more to the point, Edinburgh Bicycle Co-Operative will be offering all LCAG members a free water bottle, or a discount of £10 if you spend at least £20 or a discount of 20% on larger amounts. The discounts will apply to all goods - bikes included.

As it happens, I was in the Edinburgh branch on my way home to get a new pair of SPD shoes & browse. While I was there one of the assistants was after something that they didn't have on the shelves so he checked for availability at the warehouse & other stores. Aha! they had it at Leeds. After exclaiming delight at this, another assistant suggested that it would be nice to let them get it out on the floor before taking it off them.
