Easy Roast Beef in Crock Pot
This beef roast is so very easy and oh so Good.... It has become a
favorite of ours now for quite sometime. Try it, and I'm sure it will
be on your list of favorites from now on.
2-3 lb. beef roast
1 1/2 cup water
2 beef bouillion cubes
1-2 Tbsp, dried rosemary leaves
1 onion chopped in large pieces
2-3 cloves of garlic minced
2 cans of sliced mushrooms
Brown roast in skillet and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sprinkle with rosemary. Turn crockpot on high and place water and
bouillion cubes in pot. Place browned roast in crockpot. Add minced
garlic, onion, topping with mushrooms. Cover and cook for
approximately 6 hours. Remove roast and strain onions and mushrooms
from juice. Make thickening with flour and water. Thickening should
be the consistency of gravy. Gradually add thickening to juice in
crockpot, stirring until as thick as desired. Slice roast and cover
with gravy if desired or serve gravy separate. Enjoy.
